Hello, it depends on what you want to do. If you are only looking for a portlet to display a feed, I'd recommend the JBossNews portlet from PortletSwap (http://labs.jboss.com/portal/portletswap/downloads/portlets/miscellaneous). The Labs Blog portlet works in a similar way, only is customized for our needs.
