Unfortunately no example is given and the API plus Javadoc isn't exactly straightforward. I'm trying to do the programmatic equivalent of what's described here: https://community.jboss.org/docs/DOC-17782 https://community.jboss.org/wiki/JBossAS7EnablingJASPIAuthenticationForWe... The problem is that the factory has a registerConfigProvider() method, that wants "layer" and "appContext" parameters, but it's not clear what those should be. There's also a ServerAuthConfig, that again take some parameters and then finally returns a ServerAuthContext, which is somehow related to the ServerAuthModule that we were trying to configure.
