I want it to be as simple as possible, but we are no where near that: http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=105621 In fact, the main reason for eclipse files being there is so you can use eclipse project sets (but that is broken with the current setup). If I new have to force a "mvn eclipse:eclipse" with every mvn compile then they would automatically get checked in with every change you make (if you used eclipse or not).
