Sorry for being a little slow here, but can't you write a trigger on a table to drop a message on the Oracle/AQ queue? Which will then be picked up by the ESB? Or do you not like the polling of the jms-listener? I doubt AQ support JCA inflow, but you could try to set that up using the JCA gateway.
