In my project, I need to calculate the difference between target duration and real duration. The real I can get from the log, of Corse. But is there any possibility to declare the duration on a Node at the process definition level? In my view it would be a goody to set the following values at process deployment time: Earliest start Latest start Earliest finish Latest finish How can I calculate a critical path?
