I am trying to write a notifier that sends an outgoing message to an FTP server. Rather
than having to specify all of the FTP server details in the notifier XML, I was hoping to
give the notifier a provider name and get the FTPEpr and its RemoteFileSystem. Is there a
way to do this using he current APIs?
