as part of the tomcat deployer changes I'm moving the jbossweb-tomcat6.sar into the deployers dir as a directory of jars(jbossweb-tomcat6.lib) and a war-deployers-beans.xml. The jbossweb-tomcat6.lib contains no deployables, only jars. I could not add .lib to the ignored suffixes filter of the scanner as the scanner only applied the filter to leafs.
