I haven't seen this test fail before, so you need to validate that you haven't introduced a point of contention with your fix. I doubt this new transient failure is a conincidence. e.g. Run this test (and maybe some of the other stress tests) with more load for a longer time with both the old and new code and see hoiw long it takes.
