Documentation is very limited at the moment - there is only a basic README.txt file. It is on the TODO for the project, but needs involvement from the community to get done -- hint; feel free to submit documentation through JIRA. As to 'Frames' - a frame is the invocation hierarchy from the top-level method call until this method returns.
