In my last post I tried to display the following char:-

?

but it came up as a question mark.  So if you want to see this character for testing go
to:-

http://demo.icu-project.org/icu-bin/convexp?conv=windows-950-2000&b=B...

and its the one in the 07 column and 70 row marked ? 920D
