XB usually is not distributed standalone but bundled in another project. So, the release (especially for branch 1_0) is usually done before the AS version that bundles it is released (or on demand of some other project which uses it). I could release and upload the binaries to the repository.jboss.org. But if you are a customer you should notify the support since if you just download and include it in the AS yourself, it won't be supported. There should be 2 errors and 4 failures.
