I just looked (by accident though) on
DuplicateClientIDTest::testPreconfiguredDuplicateClientID and the test is wrong.

A preConfiguredDuplicateClientID is failing... but we don't have the user properly
configured. 

So... I need a way to use setup to pre-configure an user's pre-configured clientID.
Any ideas on how I could do that?
