This was not a bug as expected...

If I used stop/start instead of stopServerPeer / startServerPeer on the test, everything
worked fine both clustered/nonClustered.

I'm changing the test to use stop/start instead of startServerPeer/stopServerPeer,
unless anyone sees a problem.
