[Design of JBoss Portal] - Themes appear with "/" - jboss-dev-forums

My themes are appearing with a "/" prepended in the drop downs when I attempt to
change to the theme. How do I get around this? 

I've tried specifying the root in my jboss-web.xml, but that doesn't seem to be
working.

AS - 4.2
Portal - 2.6
