Dunno why I didn't add this before. :-)

I think I had this type, but removed it for some reason,
just can't remember now what the reason was. :-(

I can easily put it back - looking at the code atm,
looks like it's only impl detail of AbstractInjectionVMD and AbstractDependencyVMD.
