Yes, I understand that credits might arrive as deliveries are in occurrence, but that doesn't explain why you pre-calculate them in advance. I need to understand that right now because of simplifications I am making for replication. Also I don't understand what you mean by "overuse the channel", and I don't see what relation this has to pinger changes.
