Jeff:  BridgeTests are failing ...

We don't have the TransactionManager dependencies on the junit-classpath. 

I'm not sure if we are supposed to add them.. if we are ok about that.. that's all
it's needed to fix those tests.

They will pass when running from Eclipse.
