Hi, First of all I am really happy I stumble upon this topic, since right now I am looking for a solution for clustering a standalone Tomcat instance with a JBoss embedded Tomcat instance, and, by reading this topic, I hope I come upon the right guys. I would be very grateful if you could help me or point me to the right direction in order to start a configuration like the one above. I have successfully clustered 2 JBoss embedded Tomcat instances using an Apache web server + mod_jk for forwarding the dynamic requests, but I really got stuck when combining the 2 types of Tomcat instances (standalone + embedded). Here are my "tools": JBoss AS 4.0.3SP1 Apache Web Server 2.0.58 + mod_jk 1.2.18 (used for load balancing + session replication) Tomcat 5.5.15 JDK 1.5.0_04 WinXP Professional SP2.
