Sorry, my bad. For 2.0 deployments this should be in

  |   org.jboss.ejb.plugins.inflow.JBossMessageEndpointFactory
  | 

in the 

  |   protected void createActivationSpec() method
  | 

This is where the populated ActivationConfig properties get passed to the RARDeployment
and the ActivationSpec gets created.
