I am look http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBAS-5023 about
org.jboss.test.jcaprops.test.JBossRaXmlOverrideUnitTestCase.testJBossRaXmlOverride 

I noticed JbossAs doesn't handle jboss-ra.xml in deployment process. This fail test.

And Jboss4.2.2 doesn't too.

I am not sure we still use jboss-ra.xml or not.
