I have it now that both the http gateway and EBWS endpoints are being deployed in the same war file. All Http Gateway endpoint urls are now prefixed with "http". In terms of the changes to existing code... most of this involved removing code. I haven't prefixed the EBWS endpoints with "ebws" yet - it's as it was. Do we really want to do this? If we do, then we need to provide backward compatibility support.
