I have a question about one of the dependencies.  There is a jar file called
snmptrapappender.jar.  It is located in the repository here
http://repository.jboss.org/snmptrapappender/.  It appears to be a dependency of
apache-log4j in our thirdparty repo.

This jar is not in the central maven repo.  Should I add it to our repo?  Can this be
replaced by anything else?
