I believe you or someone else would have to create a script using Visual C++ or SDK. I
don't have access to a 64BIT windows now.

I'm not sure how this works on Windows.. but on Solaris for instance, I could still
have a JVM 32 bit. Can you use a 32 Bit JVM as a test?

Or maybe you will have to look for another way to do it.
