It can't find the thirdparty pom because no one ever deployed it. It's not used in the maven build, so it doesn't automatically get deployed during a "mvn deploy" from the root dir. I deployed a snapshot, so you should be able to pick it up from the snapshots repository now. I'll make a note to remember to deploy it for the GA release also.
