It needs to be documented as a change in behavior for sars. The separation of the deployers into a structure and non-structural phase has changed the way sars are handled. To restore the same behavior, we would have to introduce a SARStructure deployer rather than changing the JARStructure behavior. You could not have bsh scripts in an arbitrary jar in 4.x.
