When ServerPeer is down, ConsumerAspect.handleClosing will fail ("Cannot handle invocation...") , what will keep the ClientConsumer alive and the ClosedInterceptor in use. I'm changing ConsumerAspect.handleClosing to verify if the consumer is closed on a finally block. Anyway, I still think we should fix the order of shutdown, even when the serverPeer is remote.
