This was occuring even when no transactions were being run. As explained in the forum posts, I gave the required DB privileges to the db user (SELECT privilage for sys.dba_pending_transactions etc.) This fixed the warning messages. Before granting these privileges in production environments, I wanted to check if this is just a warning message that can be ignored. For previous JBoss version (5.1.0 GA) we did not get this warning message.
