Filed a JIRA (http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBESB-1701) for adding an explanation on
filter, hopefully it explain well. ;) 

I am consider this global filter similar to the servlet filter concept, it makes me
understood better.

BTW, it will pick up the filter class outside the jobssesb.sar.
