While that would be the availabilty of those components, we thought about some other states that might be useful too. Like for a Datasource is any connection is possible to connect to database. So the configuration is correct. Would this be an error returned through the default lifecycle or something else? or other States to how accessible a resource is. for example for a Web App are the HttpConnectors up and running. Some accessibility might be through references, so for a topic, it might be up, but its dead letter queue is not.
