A "delegated administration" function, that is the ability to assign the right to a user to administer certain portal pages or portlets. Right now the administrator can manage the entire portal. However, in many organizations they would like to manage the portal at least at a departmental level. An inheritance concept, that is if a user can administer a page he/she could administer the portlets/pages underneath it would be helpful too.
