Yeah, I think it needs to be in Cache.
Also, it wasn't clear to me how to get ahold of a CacheSPI. Smack me if you already
explained a while back and I forgot. Remember that casting is not an option if you are
working with a JMX proxy. (Plus it's nasty ;)
