I've been scouring the docs and found this: http://docs.jboss.com/jbportal/v2.4/reference-guide/en/html/xmldescriptor... which is a start, but it is very sketchy. I can't find a schema or any other definition for the jboss-portlet.xml file and its contents. Does such a doc exist? Oddly the docs page I did find (above) explicates the tags one can use in the standard portlet.xml, but of course anyone can get those from the spec. How about a similar list for the jboss-specific file ?! :-) In particular, I can blithely copy&paste from the portal-core.war (and indeed have done so), but I'd really like to understand the difference between, say <service-ref>:container=Instance,type=global</service-ref> and <service-ref>:service=Module,type=User</service-ref> within a service tag...
