Currently, when an element with the same name as the previously parsed element is met in the XML content and the previously parsed element is not repeatable then a parent repeatable term is expected to be on the stack. Before trying to end the parent repeatable term, it should be checked that there is no way an element with the same name can appear at the current position in the content of the current model group.
