Hi Simone,
you must copy in your $JBOSS_HOME/bin directory only this files:

javassist.jar
jboss-profiler-client.jar
jboss-profiler.jar
jboss-profiler-plugins.jar
jboss-profiler.properties

Not all jars!!

And jboss-profiler.sar in $JBOSS_HOME/server/$SERVER_NAME/deploy
