It's not trying to download the sources every time for me. The second time I run the build it just lists the sources that are already downloaded. It looks like the jboss 4 stuff is coming from a dependency in org.jboss.jaxr:juddi-saaj and org.jboss.jaxr:juddi-service. Do we just need exclusions for these, or should the dependency be changed?
