Actually this can be replicated much more easily using FloodServerTest which I committed earlier. The problem seems to occur because the server runs out of RAM, because messages are being received at the server at a much higher rate than they can be sent out to all subscribers. If I set paging params on the queues so the server cannot run out of RAM then I don't see any more errors. I'm running more tests now to make sure of this.
