I added the following in my *-object.xml file <if-exists>overwrite</if-exists> <parent-ref>Harmony.V3 Home</parent-ref> <window-name>HarmonyNews</window-name> <window-title>Harmony In The News</window-title> <content-type>cms</content-type> <content-uri>/default/Harmony/HarmonyNews.html</content-uri> right 0 and the cms portlet gets added correctly but it has no title bar.
