I made the attribute ref change to my schema this week (and not checked in AS trunk yet). 
Yesterday while debugging something, saw this issue.

Do you want me to create some kind of a test case for this? It will take a day or two (I
am travelling).

I am guessing that you should be able to pull out a quick test case yourself. :)
