Just an update...

Another point I'm dealing with on this task, is to make
ServerSessionEndpoing::recoverDeliveries atomic.

Case anything goes wrong with the execution of Queue::recoverDeliveries...
ServerSessionEndpoing::recoverDeliveries needs to keep messages untouched.
