Actually, it's perfectly legal to create more than one receiver on the same queue.
It's just that it's not specified in the JMS spec which receiver would get the
message.
In the case of JBM they would be round-robined.
However, if the test is expecting the the latest receiver to get the message, then I
accept the test is probably flawed.
