[Design of JBoss Eclipse IDE (dev)] - Eclipse TCP/IP Monitor - jboss-dev-forums

I am trying to activate the TCP/IP Monitor in Eclipse.

But it doesnt exist in the Preferences Menu.
I am using the Eclipse IDE for JBoss 3.1.2.
Please let me know how to activate it
