Same as the outbound: you either build them, or you buy them. Just because we can do
outbound JDBC doesn't mean this comes out of the box. This had to be buillt. Inbound
follows the same premise.
Currently we support JMS (generic) and POP/IMAP for inbound connectivity. The other types
could simply be written as necessary. In some cases this often means wrapping an existing
module to conform to the JCA SPI.
