Alright, so i bundled the myFaces (and Facelets) libraries into portal-admin.sar. It now works as expected without interfering with the other JSF applications. I plan to do the same for wsrp and get rid of the metabridge unless someone stops me and have a better suggestion. Actually i like this so that anyone can mess up with jsf libs at AS level if she wants and still have portal-admin and portal-wsrp JSF apps working fine.
