separate download for community release? why? I would expect that we
remove this only in 8.4.1 branch.
Also 8.4.x has been created. This is where CR2 and Final work should
continue. The branch will then be converted into 8.4.1. If there is a need to start
sooner on product work, then we'll start another branch to coordinate that work.
Master will be converted over to 8.5 today as well.
