[Design of POJO Server] - Switching head to booting with the MC

I'm ready to switch the https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/trunk/ to the profileservice/mc based bootstrap. This will break all of the current deployers. Two things I would like to complete before doing this are fleshing out the VDF wiki page (http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=JBoss5DeploymentFramework), and getting the jmx integration and SARDeployer ported over. The manifest headers are not used, unless you are using jbossbuild to build your jars. I think at the most you should use the thirdparty capabilities of jbossbuild, and continue using ant to build your jars until you are using Maven2.
