Now that testing is on my mind, here's a suggestion for testing the new JBM remoting code: MINA is a third party component, so the unit tests shouldn't really test with the real MINA. Instead, abstract out a simple interface that represents the interface between our new remoting code and MINA. Our new remoting code then deals with that interface, not MINA directly. Create a simple mock implementation of the interface which just forwards requests responses directly from client->server or vice versa (no actual sockets required). Create your unit tests using that mock implementation. [Design of JBoss Web Services] - Integrating ws spi into jboss-javaee

The jboss-jaxws.jar spis are missing from the current jboss-javaee.jar assembly artifact, and the stax api in the https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/projects/javaee/trunk/jboss-jaxs-api/ project are not what is being used by the webservice project. We need to get the correct javaee 5 artifacts into maven so they can be incorporated into the jboss-javaee.jar assembly. Where should this be coming from? I guess I'll put out a 2.0.1.GA version of jboss-jaxws.jar to the maven2 repo, and take this from the jboss/jbossws/2.0.1.GA repo contents so I can finish up the annotation to metadata work in the metadata project. Paul, what I meant is that there will be other projects that would need to pull down JBoss AS, do some config changes before it run tests. It does not necessarily will be using cargo though. [Design of EJB 3.0] - Failover after tx has reached a server

Galder ZamarreÃ±o just pointed out to me that ClusterChooserInterceptor does not include any of the logic that the old detached invoker proxies had that prevents a failover once a tx has reached a target server.
