[Design the new POJO MicroContainer] - ManagedProperty value check

I am getting an exception below trying to set null as a value for int. Is there a way to check the validity of the value before setting it? JIRA on its way. I'll fix it asap in trunk and will make sure I fix the invoker ha tests as part of that, otherwise they'll fail.
