Sorry for drip feeding, but I just had another thought :).... I wonder would it be possible to generalize the interface more? I'm thinking of a situation where the mapping for a particular adapter may need to perform other mappings outside the set layed down here. If we could also extract the provider/listener config into a Map ala the activation config being mapped too, we could then do something like.... | public interface ActivationAdapter | { | public void map(final Map<String, String> listenerConfig, final Map<String, String> activationConfig) throws ConfigurationException ; | } | Just a thought! Is the use of "Adapter" here not potentially confusing, since th .rar is an "Adapter" too? To me, this thing is performing a mapping operation, so how about "ActivationMapper"? I got NullPointerException when run all examples together. The problem lies between line 146 -- line 151: for (int i = 0; i < numMessages; i += 2) { message0 = (TextMessage)consumer0.receive(5000); //--> possible got null message due to time delay over 5 sec. System.out.println("Got message: " + message0.getText() + " from node 0"); //--> NPE } So I will change the receive(5000) to receive(). I found the 'problem'. I initially had the same issue (but different errors) with the new gwt-mosaic version. By accident I looked in the Firefox errors console and there was an error report about "code from 127.0.0.1 accessing something probably not accessing localhost". So I tried changing 127.0.0.1 in my browser to localhost and it worked.
