[rules-dev] 6.0.0 Beta3 did not have the kie-spring and kie-aries-blueprint jars
kie-spring & kie-aries-blueprint jars (and associated source jars) were
missing from the Beta3 release.
This is a quick note to ensure that this can be fixed for Beta4.
