I think that those packages have been added since JDK 1.7 xxx. Reason why
you should deploy the following bundles :
and more specifically 2.2.1 for jaxb-x

I'm getting another problem with servicemix bundles related to
com.sun.tools.xjc. it seems that there is no bundle exporting
